A HEALTHIER TREAT FOR CHRISTMAS TIME!
Healthy Chocolate Truffles
½ cup almond butter
1/3 cup cacao powder
¼ cup flaxseed meal
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
3-4 Tbsp. maple syrup (you may also use honey or rice malt syrup)
1/3 cup dried cherries or cranberries
Dash of milk (almond or oat milk work well)
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until combined.
- Scoop out with a spoon, place in bowl, and transfer to fridge for 10 mins.
- Roll into small ball with your hands, place on plate, and sprinkle with coconut (optional).
- Store in an airtight container in fridge.
